Early this month, we went to Orlando for a long weekend trip. During this short trip, we were able to visit with our friends, Jesse and Nicole who recently moved to Florida. We literally were just together for a couple of hours but we'll take that over nothing at all. Jesse chose a cool seafood restaurant right on Clearwater Beach. It was a great start to our mini vacation.
Also, we took Mia to Magic Kingdom, had a special birthday dinner celebration for Dave and Giselle at Emeril's Orlando and the rest of the time we just chilled and enjoyed the amenities and activities of our resort.
Shortly after our return, I went away to attend a work conference (a whole week LONG). Though this was extremely hard for me to do, it was very beneficial for me to attend. Plus, Dave was very much looking forward to quality time ALONE with his daughter. He wanted Mia and papi bonding time since he is always so busy with work. Needless to say, he cherished his time with her and I counted the days to be home!!!
Next time, they are both coming with me!!!!
